7.2. Termination by Khoj: Khoj reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will cease.

8.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Government of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to the Terms
Khoj may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the “30/08/2024” date. Your continued use of Khoj after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Khoj, constitute the entire agreement between you and Khoj regarding your use of the Service.
10.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
