Khoj is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed for law enforcement officials to provide a comprehensive OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) toolkit. This policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information, including personal data, when you use our platform.

2.1. Information You Provide to Us:

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization details, and any other information you provide.
  • Payment Information: We collect payment via UPI and in some cases with razorpay as well. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

2.2. Information Collected Automatically:

  • Usage Data: We currently provide our service via Telegram. Please refer telegram privacy policy for more information.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We do not use any cookies to collect information from customers as our service in not web based.

2.3. Information Collected via OSINT Modules:

  • Input Data: The platform allows users to input data such as IP addresses, mobile numbers, email addresses, CELL IDs, and domains. This data is used solely for providing the OSINT services.
  • Generated Data: The platform may generate data, such as reports and analysis, based on the inputs provided by users.
